RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with Barely.

RETURNS

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged skincare products unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the item and packaging
- a description of the issue

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
- opened products
- used products
- gift cards
- final sale items
- promotional or free items
